Every participant in a Talkspirit chat room can add or remove participants and rename the room. Only the room administrator can delete the room or transfer their rights.

Group members or group managers can add existing users to a group or invite new members and guests into it, depending on the group's permissions.
Members join open groups in one click from the groups directory and request access to private groups, where a group manager approves the request
Leave a group from its Settings panel, see what changes when you do, and how to rejoin open, closed, and secret groups afterwards
Group managers can switch a group between open, private, and secret at any time from Information & privacy in the group's settings
Group managers in Talkspirit can enable or disable the Newsfeed, Chats, Drives, Calendar, and Projects apps on their group depending on the group's purpose
Archiving a group hides it and all its content from members without deleting anything, and administrators can restore it later
Group topics are categories administrators create to classify groups, making them easier to find in the groups directory and the navigation sidebar.
People sets are saved member searches that automatically add matching members to linked groups based on their profile attributes like skills or location.
Choose who may create each kind of group, and set the organisation default for adding members, labels and integrations inside groups, including whether each group manager may override it.
