Type in the search field at the top of the page, or press Ctrl+K: every type, from circles, roles and members to tasks, goals, proposals, working agreements, meetings, reports and files, comes back with the best matches first. Each row says where the item lives and in which field the word was found (Purpose, Accountability, Description, Content), with the word highlighted. **See all results** opens a results page you can filter by type and share by link. One reaction per person: picking another emoji replaces yours, and a chip under the comment counts each emoji and shows who reacted. The comment's author gets one notification in the bell, grouped when several people react, and never an email. See [Notifications overview](/en/getting-started/notifications). Images work in comments too: paste or drop one in any comment box, and it shows in the comment. ## Goals can speak OKR An organisation that runs OKRs can call the Goals module **OKRs** everywhere it is named, and in English a goal becomes an **Objective**. The switch is **Use OKR vocabulary** in **Administration › Terminology**, Goals section; it is off unless an administrator switches it on. **Goal** and **Key result** are now also renamable terms on that page, and a word of your own always wins over the switch. See [Customise your organisation's terminology](/en/administration-security/customise-terminology). ## Improvements worth a shoutout - **Meetings:** the meeting form picks the template by type (**Standard**, **Tactical**, **Governance**) over one searchable field, for every organisation. - **Meetings:** deleting a meeting lists its agenda items; **Transfer agenda items** carries them to the next occurrence. - **Meetings:** any agenda row of a tactical meeting can create a subtask, the next action of Holacracy. - **Meetings:** the note taker of a running meeting edits the title, due date and assignees of the circle's actions. - **Meetings:** the Meetings list searches every meeting, and says when the match is under **Upcoming** or **Past**. - **Structure:** **Bring to meeting** sits next to **Submit** on a proposal, in the side panel too. - **Structure:** a proposal on a meeting is edited live by its author, the note taker or a structure administrator until the meeting ends. - **Structure:** a meeting decides a proposal only once it has started; **Process in meeting** waits until then. - **Structure:** copy the email addresses of a circle's or a role's members from the **…** menu of its Members tab. - **Structure:** hide a row of **My circles & roles** with the eye shown on hover; show it back from the **…** menu. - **Structure:** whoever manages a role's assignments, a circle lead included, sets a member's time spent in that role. - **Structure:** in the Time spent dialog, **Enter as** switches between **% of working time** and **FTE**; a part-timer's 100% is their own working time. - **Structure:** a policy names the draft proposal holding it, and the draft's author can discard it. - **Administration:** admin oversight now covers private goals, and private and secret projects with their tasks: administrators reach them only while **Let administrators see private content** is on.
