# View statistics for goals, projects, and meetings


The Goals, Projects, and Meetings apps each provide a Statistics dashboard in their settings. Each one, called an Insights view, shows headline metrics and charts for that app's activity across your organisation. You choose the period to analyse, from the current month to the last 12 months. Only an administrator of the relevant app opens these dashboards.

You need administrator rights for the app whose statistics you want to view. Goals, Projects, and Meetings are gated independently, so a Goals administrator is not automatically a Projects or Meetings administrator.

## View goals statistics

1. Open the **Goals** app.
2. Open **Goal settings** from the sidebar.
3. Select the **Statistics** tab.

The **Goals Insights** dashboard shows **Total Goals**, **Total Key Results**, **Completion Rate**, and **Active Owners**, with charts for **Goals by Status** and **Goals by Health**. Use the period selector to switch between **Current month** and the last **3**, **6**, or **12 months**.

## View project statistics

1. Open the **Projects** app.
2. Open **Project settings** from the sidebar.
3. Select the **Stats** tab.

The **Project Insights** dashboard shows **Total Projects**, **Total Tasks**, **Completed Tasks**, and **Completion Rate**, with charts for **Tasks by Status**, **Active Projects by Circle**, and **Active Users Rate**. Circle is the default name for the teams in your Structure; your organisation may use a different term.

## View meeting statistics

1. Open the **Meetings** app.
2. Open **Meeting settings** from the sidebar.
3. Select the **Statistics** tab.

The **Meeting Insights** dashboard shows **Total Meetings**, **Total Hours**, **Average Duration**, **Average Attendance**, **Action Item Completion**, **Agenda Completion**, and **Active Organisers**, with charts breaking meetings down by status, type, circle, and template.

## Who can view statistics?

Each app's statistics require administrator rights for that app. A member without those rights does not see the **Statistics** tab in the app's settings. The dashboards report on your whole organisation's activity in the app, not on a single team or member.
