# View your organisation's key metrics


**Administration → Overview** shows your organisation's key metrics at a glance. The page presents four cards: the total number of accounts, how many modules are active, attachment storage used, and AI credit consumption. It is a summary view. For detailed per-app usage figures or exportable reports, use the Statistics pages linked below.

## Prerequisites

You need administrator rights to open **Administration**.

## What does each metric show?

**Administration → Overview** displays four cards:

- **Total users**: the total number of accounts in your organisation, both members and guests. When your subscription sets a seat limit, the count is shown against that limit, for example `48 / 100`.
- **Active modules**: how many of the twelve core modules included in your plan are switched on, shown as a count out of twelve.
- **Storage used**: attachment storage consumed against your quota. This figure counts file attachments only. Knowledge storage is measured separately under **Administration → Knowledge**.
- **AI credits**: AI assistant credits consumed in the current cycle. Select **View details** to open the full usage report.
