# Download a statistics report

Administrators can export your organisation's Talkspirit usage statistics from the **Statistics** page in two formats: a raw Excel spreadsheet through **Download statistics**, and a pre-formatted PowerPoint presentation through **Generate a presentation**. Both cover the past year and download automatically once generated.

## Prerequisites

You need administrator rights. Only administrators can open the **Statistics** page and export reports.

## Export your statistics

1. Open **Administration**.
2. Select **Statistics**.
3. Select **Download statistics** for a raw spreadsheet, or **Generate a presentation** for a formatted slideshow.

The file is generated in the background and downloads automatically when it is ready.

## What the spreadsheet contains

The Excel file holds raw data for your own analysis, organised into separate worksheets:

- Daily figures for connections, active users, and each module
- Average connections per day
- The 100 groups with the most members, and the most active groups for chat, projects, tasks, and drive documents
- Newsfeed top contributors, top publishers, the most-liked post, and post content
- Top contributors for drive and library
- Most active project members
- Apps enabled per group, calendar synchronisation, and widget types

## What the presentation contains

The PowerPoint file is a ready-to-share report with one chart per slide:

- Members with an account, and monthly and weekly active users (overall and by device)
- Groups created and groups by privacy level
- Newsfeed posts and reactions, and the members who publish most
- Chat messages sent and chat rooms created each month
- File types created each month
- Projects usage and the groups creating the most project tasks
- Groups publishing the most drive documents
- Video meeting and webinar consumption
