# Welcome to Talkspirit


New to Talkspirit? Start here to understand the platform, find your way around and choose the right guide for your role.

Talkspirit is the European operating system for organisational clarity, designed for the AI era.

It brings together Structure, Collaboration and Communication in one shared environment, connecting how your organisation is structured with how work gets done and how information flows.

This Help Centre contains everything you need to get started and make the most of Talkspirit, whether you are a member, a team lead, an administrator, or responsible for your organisation's structure and governance.

## Where should I start?

If you are new to Talkspirit, three articles will help you find your way around:

## How do I navigate Talkspirit?

The navigation rail on the left gives you access to the areas available in your organisation, such as Structure, Goals, Projects, Meetings, Newsfeed, Chat, Library and Drive.

**Cockpit** is your personal starting point. It brings together what needs your attention, your upcoming meetings and the information connected to your work.

The areas you see may vary, depending on the modules your organisation has activated and on your permissions.

## How can I work with others in Talkspirit?

Depending on the modules your organisation uses, you can:

- **Communicate** through Newsfeed, Chat and Groups.
- **Organise and track work** in Projects.
- **Prepare and run structured meetings** in Meetings.
- **Share files and knowledge** through Drive and Library.
- **Manage events** in Calendar.
- **Join video meetings** directly from Talkspirit.
- **Use Talkspirit** from the web, and from the desktop and mobile apps.

## How do I manage my notifications?

You can adjust your notification preferences to control how Talkspirit keeps you informed. Depending on the module, you can manage email, desktop and other notification settings so that you receive the information that matters without unnecessary interruptions.
