# Talkspirit mobile application


The Talkspirit mobile application is the native iOS and Android app for the Talkspirit suite. It lets you read and publish posts, chat and start video meetings, open your files, check your calendar, and manage notifications from your phone. The navigation bar at the bottom shows the app tabs your administrators choose, plus a **Notifications** tab and a **Menu** tab that are always present.

## Where do I get the mobile app?

- On **iOS**, download Talkspirit from the App Store.
- On **Android**, download Talkspirit from Google Play.

Sign in with the same credentials you use on the web. Your organisation and its content appear automatically once you sign in.

## Which tabs appear in the navigation bar?

The navigation bar always ends with two tabs you cannot remove:

- **Notifications**: the notifications you receive across the suite. You set when notifications are muted from **Menu**, under your preferences.
- **Menu**: your profile, your preferences, the apps and directories not shown in the navigation bar, and help.

Before those two, your administrators choose which app tabs appear (a default tab, plus up to two more) from this list:

- **Home**: your organisation's homepage and its key content.
- **Newsfeed**: the posts published to the groups you belong to.
- **Chats**: your direct conversations and rooms. When your organisation has videoconferencing enabled, you can start a video meeting from a conversation.
- **Drives**: your files and the shared drives you can access.
- **Calendar**: your events and the meetings you are invited to.
- **Library**: the published pages you can read.
- **Users**: the member directory.
- **Groups**: the groups directory, where you join, create, or browse groups.
