# Talkspirit use cases

Talkspirit connects the way your organisation is structured with the way work gets done and information flows.

Depending on your organisation and your responsibilities, the outcome you are after may be organisational clarity, a smoother transformation, better coordination of work, effective meetings, shared knowledge, clear internal communication or a thriving community. These use cases draw on different parts of Talkspirit while remaining connected to the same organisational structure.

For an overview of the platform, see [What is Talkspirit?](/en/getting-started/what-is-talkspirit).

## How do I use Talkspirit for organisational clarity and transformation?

Talkspirit helps make your organisation explicit: how teams are organised, who is responsible for what, who can make which decisions and how responsibilities connect. That clarity is also what lets an organisation change: distribute authority, adopt a new operating model and evolve its governance step by step, without losing sight of who does what.

In **Structure**, you can map your organisation through teams and circles, roles, purposes and accountabilities. Roles make responsibilities explicit, while governance processes allow the organisation to evolve its structure over time.

**Goals** connects objectives and key results to the organisation, helping people understand how their responsibilities contribute to shared priorities.

Use this when you need to clarify responsibilities, distribute authority or make an evolving organisational model visible to everyone.

## How do I use Talkspirit to steer projects and tasks?

Talkspirit connects project work with the people and responsibilities behind it.

In **Projects**, teams can organise work into tasks, assign responsibilities and follow progress using boards and timelines. **Groups**, **Chat**, **Drive** and **Calendar** provide the conversations, documents and coordination surrounding that work.

This means the project does not sit in isolation: the work can remain connected to the teams and people responsible for delivering it.

## How do I use Talkspirit to run meetings?

**Meetings** helps teams prepare, run and document structured meetings.

Participants can prepare a shared agenda, work through topics together and keep a record of decisions and outcomes. Tactical and governance meeting formats can support recurring operating rhythms as well as changes to roles and responsibilities.

Use Meetings when decisions and follow-up need to remain clear beyond the meeting itself.

## How do I use Talkspirit for knowledge and document management?

Talkspirit gives teams shared spaces to organise information and keep knowledge accessible.

**Drive** stores and shares files. **Library** provides a space for collaborative pages and documentation. **Groups** can bring related conversations, documents and resources together around a team, project or topic.

This helps keep organisational knowledge connected to the work and people it belongs to.

## How do I use Talkspirit for internal communication?

Talkspirit helps organisations get relevant information to the right people.

**Newsfeed**, **Home** and **Groups** can be used to publish company news, team updates and announcements, while **Chat** supports direct and real-time conversations. You can also use polls and other interactive formats to gather feedback and invite participation.

Rather than separating communication from the rest of the organisation, Talkspirit connects it with the teams, work and context behind it.

## How do I use Talkspirit for communities?

Talkspirit can bring internal or external communities together around shared interests, expertise or activities.

**Groups** provide dedicated spaces for conversations and content. **Members** helps people find one another through their profiles, while posts, polls, galleries and video meetings create opportunities to exchange and participate.

External guests, such as customers or partners, can also be invited to appropriate spaces when needed.
