# Talkspirit at a glance

Talkspirit brings your organisation's Structure, Collaboration and Communication into one shared environment.

**Structure** makes roles, responsibilities, teams and goals explicit. **Collaboration** connects day-to-day work to that structure. **Communication** helps the right information reach the right people.

You can access the different areas of Talkspirit from the navigation rail on the left of every screen.

## Structure

**Structure** shows how your organisation works: its teams and circles, roles, accountabilities and governance. See [Governance in the Structure module](/en/structure-governance/governance-overview).

**Goals** connects objectives and key results across the organisation so teams can understand priorities and follow progress. See [The Goals module](/en/goals-analytics/goals-overview).

**Meetings** helps teams prepare, run and document structured meetings, from shared agendas through to decisions and reports. See [Meetings Overview](/en/structure-governance/meetings-overview).

## Collaboration

**Projects** helps teams organise and track work through boards, timelines, tasks and shared responsibilities. See [The Projects module](/en/collaboration/the-projects-app).

**Calendar** brings together your events, meetings and shared calendars. See [View, customise and synchronise your calendar](/en/collaboration/talkspirit-calendars-feature).

**Drive** stores, organises and shares files across shared spaces. See [Talkspirit Drive](/en/collaboration/talkspirit-drive).

**Library** gives your organisation a shared space for collaborative pages, documentation and knowledge. See [Using the Library](/en/collaboration/the-library).

## Communication

**Newsfeed** keeps you informed through posts, updates and announcements relevant to your work. See [Using the Newsfeed](/en/communication/using-the-newsfeed).

**Chat** lets you exchange direct messages and hold conversations in rooms. See [Using Chat](/en/communication/chatting-with-users).

**Groups** create dedicated spaces for people to communicate and collaborate around a topic, including with invited customers or partners where appropriate. See [Understanding Groups](/en/communication/groups).

**Home** brings together important information published by your organisation, including announcements, resources and useful links.

## Across the platform

**Cockpit** is your personal starting point. It brings together the items that need your attention, upcoming meetings, and the teams, roles and goals connected to your work.

**Members** helps you find people across the organisation and understand the information associated with their profiles. See [Navigating a member's profile](/en/collaboration/how-to-navigate-members-profile).

**Spark**, the Talkspirit AI assistant, works across all three dimensions, inside the organisational context they make explicit. See [Using the Spark assistant](/en/getting-started/using-the-spark-assistant).

**Apps** is where administrators and members can access and manage available integrations.

> **A note on the interface.** Some areas already use the redesigned Talkspirit interface, while others continue to open in the classic interface as the platform progressively moves to the new design. Their functionality remains available throughout this transition.
