# Signing in to Talkspirit


You sign in to Talkspirit at your organisation's platform URL, for example `yourteam.talkspirit.com`. You can authenticate with an email address and password, with a unique identifier, or with a single sign-on provider your administrator has enabled. If you have forgotten your password, you reset it from the sign-in page.

## How do I sign in with an email address or identifier?

1. Go to your organisation's platform URL in your browser.
2. Select **Sign in**.
3. Enter your email address or unique identifier, then your password.

Email and password sign-in is available when your administrator has enabled it as a sign-in method. Unique identifier sign-in is available when your administrator has enabled it and given you an identifier to use instead of an email address.

## How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, select the password reset link on the sign-in page and enter your email address. A link to set a new password is sent to that address.

## How do I sign in with single sign-on (SSO)?

If your administrator has enabled single sign-on, you can sign in with one of these providers instead of a password:

- Google
- Microsoft (Azure AD)
- LinkedIn
- SAML
- OpenID Connect

Select the provider on the sign-in page and enter your credentials for that provider. Once you are authenticated, you are returned to Talkspirit.
