# Introducing Talkspirit to my team

Introduce Talkspirit to your team with the ready-to-use email template below, then send it with your invitation link. Talkspirit is where your team sees a live chart of how work gets done: roles and circles connected to accountabilities, Goals, and projects. Copy the template, customise it to your organisation's context, and send it so everyone can sign in and find their roles quickly.

## How do I roll out Talkspirit to my team?

1. Copy the email template below into your email or messaging tool.
2. Customise it to reflect your organisation's context and goals.
3. Send it with the invitation link to your team members.

## Email template

Hi team,

To bring structure, transparency, and clear expectations to our organisation, I'm inviting you to join an app called **Talkspirit**.

In Talkspirit you see a visualisation of our organisation based on roles and teams (circles). It connects the roles people actually fill to a clear map of accountabilities, metrics, projects, and Goals. You can always see which roles and teams you belong to, and the purpose each team is pursuing.

**Why are we using Talkspirit?**

It helps us:

- Support our new organisation design
- See what everyone is working on and who decides what
- Organise our meetings and record decisions in one place
- Give everyone more autonomy and speed up decisions
- Make onboarding new team members easier

**How to get started:**

1. You will receive an email invitation shortly. Create your account with your work email and set a password. If our organisation uses single sign-on (SAML or SSO), use the single sign-on button on the sign-in page, no password required.
2. Setting up your account takes a few minutes. Set your notification preferences early so you stay informed.
3. Explore your roles and circles, and check that everything looks accurate. If something is off, let your team lead know.
