# Contact an administrator


You contact a platform administrator by email from within Talkspirit. Open **Help and more**, select **Information**, then **Contact an administrator**: your email client opens with the administrators' addresses already in the recipients field. Administrators are the members who can change your email address, reset your password, suspend an account, and restore access. To find out who your administrators are, use the **Members** directory.

## How do I contact an administrator by email?

1. In the left-hand navigation, open **Help and more**.
2. Select **Information**.
3. Select **Contact an administrator**.

Your email client opens with a subject line already filled in and the administrators' addresses in the recipients field. Up to five administrators are added as recipients. Write your message and send it.

## How do I find out who the administrators are?

Administrators are listed in the **Members** directory, and each member's role is shown by a badge.

1. Open **Members** from the left-hand navigation.
2. Apply the **Administrator** quick filter to show only administrators.
3. Open an administrator's profile to see their **Contact details**, where you can copy their email address.

> **Note:** To get help using Talkspirit itself, use **Chat with us** in **Help and more**. That reaches the Talkspirit support team, not your organisation's administrators.
