# Getting information about a technical incident


The Talkspirit status page at [status.talkspirit.com](https://status.talkspirit.com) shows real-time information about incidents and scheduled maintenance across the suite. Check it first whenever Talkspirit is slow or unavailable: a known incident is listed there with its current status and live updates until it is resolved. Subscribe to receive those updates by email, so you stay informed without contacting support first.

## How do I check for a known incident?

Whenever you notice a problem, whether it is a stability issue, a connection error, or slowness, open the [Talkspirit status page](https://status.talkspirit.com) before contacting support. A known incident appears there with its current status and update history.

If no incident is listed and the problem continues, report it through the online support chat.

## How do I subscribe to updates?

Subscribe to be notified by email each time an incident or a scheduled maintenance is published or updated:

1. Open the [Talkspirit status page](https://status.talkspirit.com).
2. Select **Subscribe**.
3. Confirm your subscription from the confirmation email.

You then receive a notification for every update until each incident is resolved.
