# Tracking and highlighting Library resources in Talkspirit

The Talkspirit Library holds your organisation's long-form reference pages. Library managers keep it organised with three tools: status filters to find pages that need work, pinning to surface up to 6 pages for quick access, and reordering to restructure the page tree. Each of these actions requires the Library manager role.

## How do I find pages that need updating?

Library managers filter pages on the Library homepage by publication status. Select a tab above the page list:

- **All pages**: every page, whether published or draft.
- **Published**: pages that are visible to their audience.
- **Unpublished**: drafts that are not yet visible to members.
- **Unpublished changes**: published pages with saved edits that have not been published yet.

## How do I pin pages to the Library homepage?

Library managers pin up to 6 pages to the top of the Library homepage so members reach key content quickly. Only published pages can be pinned.

1. On the Library homepage, in the **Pinned pages** section, select the dashed card labelled **Select important pages you want to pin**.
2. In the **Select a page** field, search for a published page and select it. The page is pinned immediately.

To unpin a page, point to its card and select the unpin icon in the top corner. Once six pages are pinned, the card to add more disappears: unpin a page to make room for another.

> **Note:** A pinned page appears only for members who belong to its audience. Members outside the audience do not see it on their homepage.

## How do I reorder pages in the Library?

Library managers reorder the Library page tree by dragging pages. The tree nests up to 10 levels, so you can move a page to any level.

1. Select **Reorder** next to **Pages** in the Library sidebar. A drag handle appears beside each page.
2. Drag a page by its handle to a new position. To change its level, drop it under another page or at the top level.
3. Select **Back** to leave reorder mode. Each move is saved the moment you drop the page and takes effect immediately for all members.

Two moves are refused, and an error message appears:

- A published page cannot become the child of a draft page.
- A page cannot be nested deeper than 10 levels.

> **Note:** Moving a page into a different branch gives it that branch's audience. A confirmation dialog names the new audience before the move completes.
