# Talkspirit plans overview


Talkspirit offers three plans for self-managed organisations: Rise, Scale, and Enterprise. All three share the same core self-management features and differ mainly by capacity and platform integrations. Rise supports up to 100 members and Scale up to 300. Enterprise removes the member cap and adds single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, API access, and dedicated support. Enterprise pricing is agreed with an Account Manager.

Rise and Scale include free guest members. The exact guest allowance is set with your plan. Enterprise includes unlimited members and guests.

## What every plan includes

Rise, Scale, and Enterprise share the same core self-management feature set. The plans differ in capacity, not in these features:

- Map your organisation with roles and a dynamic organisation chart
- Share your organisation chart with external members
- Access the members directory
- Organise and share publications and policies
- Use consent-based decision making
- Log tensions in a personal space
- Organise and hold meetings, and collaborate on agendas
- View general statistics and exports

## Optional apps and add-ons

Rise and Scale let you add only the apps your organisation needs, so you pay for what you use. Optional apps include:

- Projects, to plan and track work on a Kanban board
- Goals, to set objectives and measure results
- Communication and collaboration apps: Newsfeed, Chat, video conferencing, and Office documents
- Governance add-ons: the Holacracy and Time Spent in Roles apps

Translation is included on Rise and Scale, not a paid add-on. Enterprise includes the complete feature set and all add-ons with no restrictions.

## Which plan fits your organisation?

Choose Rise for teams of up to 100 members that are starting to deploy self-management. Choose Scale for organisations of up to 300 members that want to enable self-management more widely with more storage and larger file uploads. Choose Enterprise for larger organisations that need unlimited members, enterprise-grade security (SAML/SSO and SCIM), API access, and a dedicated Account Manager.
