# Cancelling my Talkspirit subscription


You can cancel your Talkspirit subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request. Cancellation is not self-serve: you send the request to the Talkspirit team, who process it and confirm by email. Your workspace stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, access ends, so export any data you want to keep before then.

## How do I request cancellation?

1. Open the cancellation form: [Cancellation form](https://form.typeform.com/to/CjYboffp).
2. Complete the form with your organisation and contact details.
3. Submit the form.

The Talkspirit team contacts you at the email address you provide to confirm that your cancellation has been processed. If you have questions before cancelling, contact the Talkspirit Support Team.

## What happens after I cancel?

- Your workspace stays accessible until the end of your current prepaid period.
- No further charges are made once the team confirms your cancellation.
- At the end of the prepaid period, access ends and the workspace is closed.

> **Warning:** Closing the workspace removes access to your organisation's content. Export anything you need to keep before the prepaid period ends.
