# Talkspirit Administration overview

The Talkspirit Administration panel is the single place where administrators configure the whole organisation. A left sidebar groups every setting into sections: a top-level **Overview**, then **Settings**, **People**, **Security**, and **Modules**, with a link out to your billing portal at the end. Understanding this map lets you find any setting quickly.

Only members with administrator rights can open Administration. Anyone without those rights is redirected back to their workspace. Opening Administration lands you on the **Overview** section.

## What does the Overview section show?

**Overview** is the landing page of Administration and gives you key metrics and activity at a glance. It displays four figures for your organisation:

- **Total users**: how many members belong to the organisation
- **Active modules**: how many modules are currently switched on
- **Storage used**: attachment storage against your quota (knowledge storage is counted separately)
- **AI credits**: assistant usage against your quota, with a link to the detailed usage view

## What is in the Settings group?

The **Settings** group holds the organisation-wide configuration:

- **Organisation**: general settings, branding, and domain configuration
- **Onboarding**: the landing page and onboarding messages shown to new members
- **Legal**: terms of service and data protection officer details
- **Terminology**: the labels used for key terms across your workspace, per language
- **Integrations**: file upload pickers available to your organisation
- **Tools**: extra capabilities such as video conferencing and the apps directory

Two further entries sit above this group, at the top of the sidebar next to **Overview**:

- **AI assistant**: configure the assistant and manage its credit quota
- **Public pages**: create and manage pages published outside the workspace (shown when the Structure module is enabled)

## What is in the People group?

The **People** group is where you manage who belongs to the organisation:

- **Users**: view members, edit their profiles, and set roles
- **Groups**: manage groups and who can create them (shown when the Newsfeed module is enabled)
- **Invitations**: track and manage invitations already sent

## What is in the Security group?

The **Security** group controls how members sign in and how their sessions are protected:

- **Authentication**: enable external sign-on providers, including Google, SAML, OpenID Connect, LinkedIn, and Azure AD
- **Security policies**: configure two-factor authentication, password policies, and session management

If your plan includes partner integrations, an **API** entry also appears here for creating and managing API keys.

## What is in the Modules group?

The **Modules** group gives each module its own configuration page. Open **Administration → Modules** and pick the module to set up:

- **Cockpit**
- **Homepage**
- **Structure**
- **Goals**
- **Newsfeed**
- **Chat**
- **Projects**
- **Meetings**
- **Calendar**
- **Drive**
- **Library**

## Where do I manage billing?

The last sidebar entry, **Billing**, opens your subscription and billing portal in a new browser tab. From there you review your plan, licences, and payment details.
