# Deleting my organisation


## Deleting my organisation
**Any administrator can delete the organisation** — not only its owner. Deletion permanently removes all users, roles, circles, and content. This action is irreversible and the organisation cannot be restored.

> **Warning:** if you expected this to be reserved to the owner, it is not. Every administrator holds it. Review who has administrator rights before relying on ownership as a safeguard.

## How do I delete my organisation?

⚠️ **Warning:** This action is permanent. All data, including users, roles, circles, and content, is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

1. Click on your **profile icon** and select **Administration**.
2. In the **General Settings** page, scroll down to the **Delete this organization** section.
3. Click **Delete organization**.
4. Enter your password and click **Delete organization** again.
5. Click **Delete** to confirm.
