# Customising my organisation's workspace


Administrators personalise a Talkspirit workspace from **Administration → Organisation**. You upload an organisation logo that shows in the topbar, set a background picture for the sign-in pages, and choose a brand colour applied across the whole workspace. Every visual change reaches all members and the public sign-in pages. Only administrators can make these changes.

## Before you start

- You are an organisation administrator. Only administrators can open **Administration** and change branding.

## How do I add my organisation's logo?

Your logo appears in the topbar at the top of the workspace.

1. Select your profile picture, then **Administration**.
2. In the administration menu, select **Organisation**.
3. In the **Logo** section, select the add button (the plus icon).
4. Choose your image file. Talkspirit uploads it at once and shows it in the topbar preview.

To replace the logo, select the same button again. To remove it, select the delete button (the bin icon) next to the preview.

> **Note:** Accepted formats are PNG, JPEG, GIF, SVG and WebP. The logo should have a maximum width of 180 pixels.

## How do I set a login background picture?

The background picture fills the sign-in and sign-up pages, so everyone signing in to your organisation sees it.

1. In **Administration → Organisation**, go to the **Login background picture** section.
2. Select the add button (the plus icon).
3. Choose your image file. Talkspirit uploads it at once and shows it in the login preview.

The image should be at least 2000 pixels wide by 1500 pixels high. To remove it, select the delete button (the bin icon) next to the preview.
