# Enabling or disabling apps for my organisation


You enable or disable an app for your whole organisation from the administration. Each app the suite offers, such as **Goals**, **Projects** or **Meetings**, has its own on/off switch in the **Modules** section. Turning an app off hides it from every member and keeps its content; turning it back on restores access. Only administrators can change these settings.

Every step in this article requires administrator rights.

## How do I enable or disable an app?

1. Open the user menu from your profile picture and select **Administration**.
2. In the **Modules** section of the administration, select the app you want to change, for example **Goals**.
3. Turn the app's switch on to enable it, or off to disable it.

The change saves as soon as you move the switch. The **Modules** section lists every app in your organisation, and each one is turned on or off the same way.

## What happens when I turn an app off?

- The app is hidden from every member and disappears from the navigation.
- Its content is kept, not deleted. Turning the app back on restores full access.

## Why is an app locked?

Some apps depend on your plan. When an app shows **Available on a higher plan** instead of a switch, it is not included in your current plan. Contact your sales representative to add it.
