# Change your organisation's brand colour

Your organisation's brand colour replaces the default Talkspirit palette across the whole workspace. Administrators set it from **Administration → Organisation**, in the **Brand colour** section: you choose one colour, and Talkspirit derives the full interface palette from it. Brand colour is an Enterprise-plan add-on, so without it the section shows an upgrade prompt instead of the colour controls.

## Before you start

- You are an organisation administrator. Only administrators can change branding.
- Your plan includes the brand colour add-on (Enterprise plan). Without it, the **Brand colour** section shows **Talk to us** in place of the colour controls.

## How do I set my brand colour?

1. Select your profile picture, then **Administration**.
2. In the administration menu, select **Organisation**.
3. In the **Brand colour** section, select **Activate brand colours**.
4. Choose your colour in the colour picker.
5. Select **Apply theme** to save it across your organisation.

> **Note:** You choose one brand colour. Talkspirit builds the rest of the interface palette from it, so there is no separate secondary, tertiary, or button colour to set.

## What if my colour is hard to read?

When you choose a colour, Talkspirit checks that text stays readable against it. If the contrast is too low, it keeps your hue and suggests a slightly darker shade. Select **Use optimised shade** to apply the suggestion, or **Undo** to pick a different colour.

## How do I go back to the default colours?

In the **Brand colour** section, select **Revert to default theme**. Your organisation returns to the default Talkspirit palette.

## Why can't I see the brand colour controls?

Two conditions gate this feature:

- Only administrators can change branding. If you are a member without administrator rights, the administration menu is not available to you.
- Brand colour is an Enterprise-plan add-on. If your plan does not include it, the section shows an upgrade prompt (**Talk to us**) instead of the colour controls.
